Find pathways to healing with psychotherapy
Psychotherapy services help individuals, couples and families experiencing challenges to find hope and healing and overcome difficulties. If you’re hoping to improve family relationships or manage transitions such as loss or separation; coping with grief and loss; managing stress, anxiety or depression; experiencing Intimate Partner Violence, or wanting to overcome the effects of past or present trauma, our professional therapy programs and sessions can help.
Individuals interested in any psychotherapy program may refer themselves. We are a low-cost, fee-for-service agency. The fee is set with you based on circumstances, ranging from $0-80. Your therapist will discuss the fee schedule with you during the first interview and the two of you will arrive at a mutually agreed upon fee. We ask that you pay your fee after each session interview if at all possible. No one is turned away because of the fee.

Joint in-house assessments and ongoing clinical services are offered to families where intimate partner violence has occurred. This program seeks to increase the family's safety while the agencies work together to provide the services necessary to reach this goal. All intakes for this program are done through Durham CAS; please call 905-433-1551 and speak to intake if this program sounds right for you.
