Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program
Rose of Durham is part of the Food 4 Thought support program in Durham Region, and acts as a host site on Mondays.
Durham Catholic District School Board
The Durham Catholic District School Board supports our school program that allows young and/or vulnerable parents to remain engaged in the mainstream education system and can help increase participants’ ability to graduate high school.
Durham Children’s Aid Society
Durham Children’s Aid Society supports our Basic Connections and What a Difference a Dad Makes programs.
EARLY ON and FCAP
Rose of Durham collaborates with EARLY ON and the Family Community Action Program (FCAP) to help run our social programs that help reduce the barriers to social inclusion for young and/or vulnerable parents.
Oshawa Public Libraries
Oshawa Public Libraries attends Rose of Durham’s Mommy and Me program each week to do story time and provides clients in our school program with reading materials.
Region of Durham’s Health Department
The Region of Durham’s Health Department partnered with Rose of Durham to offer SMILE, which is a prenatal education program geared towards women under the age of 26.
