Pay for your counselling session
We are pleased to offer several convenient payment options:
E-transfer
Send your e-transfer to:
Please remember to include your counsellor's name in the message section if possible. We are set up for automatic payment - no password is required.
Online by credit card
Register your credit card in your OnCall Health account. Your therapist will then charge your card after each appointment.
Your payment receipt will be in your OnCall appointment documents. You can then submit it to your benefit provider or claim on your income tax.
By cheque
Please make cheques payable to Catholic Family Services of Durham, and include your counsellor's name in the memo section.
Regardless of where you receive your service, you may mail your cheque to our Oshawa office,
