To request an intake appointment, please go to:

If you do not see any available appointments, please check back on Friday.

You will be required to set up an account with OnCall Health,  including a password.

After the initial paperwork has been submitted (electronically), you will need to log into your newly created OnCall account again to complete and electronically sign two additional forms. If these forms are not completed and signed electronically, your appointment will be cancelled.

Children over the age of 12 must consent to their own counselling.

 

If you do not have email, or are unable to complete the online booking due to accessibility reasons, please contact reception at 905-725-3513, ext 110.


Please note that we are not a crisis service.  If you are in crisis and cannot wait for a therapy appointment, please call the Distress Centre at 905-430-2522 or go to your nearest hospital.
