Many of those who most need our services are in difficult financial circumstances and are unable to pay fees of any kind. Donations help us to extend our services to those most in need

General Donations
These funds are put to the area of most need at that time. These funds are typically applied towards our subsidizing our Counselling and Group Programs, Childminding expenses, or Therapy Resources.
New Building Fund - Hope Centre Durham Region
Imagine a happy, healthy community, where women and children can heal from abuse, individuals can receive the support they need for the emotional difficulties they are facing, couples and families can learn to express their feelings with kindness and honesty, and parents can ask for and receive the support they need to nurture their children - all in one location. This is what you and the Hope Centre Durham Region will offer our community.

The Mustard Seed
This is a client-inspired, volunteer-driven initiative created to help meet the basic needs of our clients. The program allows clients to access items such as a new pair of shoes, back to school supplies, or groceries for a nutritious lunch.

The Sister Pat Grant Award
The Sister Pat Grant Award was established in 2004 to recognize the twenty-five years of service that was given by Sr. Patricia Grant, IBVM, MSW as the first Director of Catholic Family Services of Durham. The award assists with education expenses for a woman who is emerging from domestic violence.
